本棟為獨棟透天電梯宅。
一樓為主公共空間，配有如畫廊般的大區域客餐廳，以及如私廚餐廳的廚房。直徑180公分寬的紅色磨石子圓桌，緊鄰著移動式側高檯面可直接推向牆面置放，能形成完整的大圓桌風貌，坐滿時能夠容納10個人，適合年節包棟時與家人好友一齊圍爐聚餐。
喜歡烹飪的您，可到附近五大市場（保安市場、鴨母寮、水仙宮、東市場、友愛市場）享受採買樂趣，寬敞的走道及檯面，一群家人好友在這裡一邊切、洗菜，一邊聊天，也不會覺得擁擠。德國IH四口爐可以同時烹煮多道菜餚，下方的櫃子我們也提供碗盤及餐具，還有冷藏廚餘機、微波爐、烤箱、烘碗機，用水部份精心採用3M醫療等級的冷熱飲水設備，以上設備皆提供住客自由使用。
地下室為副公共空間，復古氛圍立燈及舒適沙發座椅，特別營造出咖啡廳的氛圍，適合私密對談或是寧靜閱讀。白色櫃子中的桌遊亦歡迎自行借用，和朋友一同玩樂，創造旅途美好回憶。（包棟服務提供投影機、Switch和遊戲片）
二樓以上皆為私人休息區，一層只有兩個獨立房間，讓房客有高度隱密性，在休息中不易被打擾。
June June House is a house with an elevator.
Main public space is on the first floor. We add a dining area and a kitchen in the lobby, which make you feel like having some amazing meals in a beautiful gallery. A red round grinding stones table is 180 centimeters in diameter. When a movable large table is pushed to a wall, we can see the entire view of the red round grinding stones table. It's absolutely suitable for those who like to hang out with friends and family or have reunion dinner during New Year’s Day.
There are five markets nearby for cook lovers to enjoy shopping. Those are Bao'an Market, Yamuliao Market, Shuixian Gong Market, Dong Market, and Youai Market respectively. We have a wide hallway and surface in the kitchen. People can gather together and enjoy cooking there. An Induction stove from Germany can cook many dishes at the same time. Besides, we provide plates, tableware, a food waste machine, a microwave, an oven, and a dish dryer in the cabinet. We also have a 3M water dispenser. The equipment above is available for the guests.
The lounge is in the basement. We want to build a cozy place where people can have a private chat and read, such as staying in a cafe. As a
result, we add a vintage lamp and a comfy sofa in the lounge. Moreover, Some board games in the white cabinet are available to play with friends. We hope you can create splendid moments in your journey. (Entire place rental will provide a projector, Nintendo Switch, and game cartridges.)
The rooms above the second floor are private spaces for travelers. One floor only includes two independent rooms to have a cozy quality of
accommodation without disturbing.

- 包棟服務8人起，最佳居住品質的建議總人數最多12位。
- 最多接待14位入住：提供六房獨立衛浴＋第 13、14 位彈性使用眠豆皮加床。
- 計費方式：依實際人數 × 使用房間數彈性計價。
- 提供4個停車位。(至2025.12.31止)
- 包棟服務提供投影機設備(內含Netflix免費帳號)、Switch與遊戲片。(須給付押金3000元)
- 周邊屬於寧靜社區，無法進行烤肉或打麻將的活動。
- 非寵物友善民宿，恕無法接待毛小孩入住。
- Exclusive-use booking starts from 8 guests, with a recommended maximum of 12 guests for the best stay experience.
- Maximum occupancy is 14 guests: Includes 6 rooms with private bathrooms, plus flexible mattresses for the 13th and 14th guests.
- Pricing method: Flexible pricing based on actual number of guests × number of rooms used.
- 4 parking spaces are provided. (Available until December 31, 2025.)
- Exclusive-use bookings include a projector (with free Netflix account), Nintendo Switch, and game cartridges. (A security deposit of NT$3,000 is required.)
- The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood; BBQ and mahjong are not permitted.

房型使用空間（含陽台）為20坪，有極佳採光的大面落地窗及私人陽台、如個人工作室般木作收納廊道、階梯式多功能桌與工作桌。空間區隔休閒電視區與獨立睡眠休憩區，讓生活心情轉換自如。
The room is 60 square meters. We have a private balcony, daylighting French doors, a wooden hallway with lots of storage space, and work tables with stairs, such as living in a studio. There also includes a living room and independent bedroom to make you feel free to transfer between the workplace and home.
