包 棟 說 明 Villa Rental
- 提供2個步行約5分鐘內距離專屬停車位。(適一般車型)
- 一次僅接待一組旅人，您能夠完整使用整棟公共空間
- 2人包棟專案：指定入住房型為3樓【凝望】(整層大主臥設計概念)
- 3～4人包棟專案：指定入住房型為2樓【打開】與3樓【凝望】
- 5～6人包棟專案：提供全部房型，即2樓【打開】、【擁抱】與3樓【凝望】
- 第7、8位：提供眠豆皮床墊於和室區作為加床使用。(加床費用單人1000元/日)
- 加床和室區的天窗採用電動窗簾，且有雙層的遮光簾設計，作為睡眠區遮蔽光源時所用。
- 整棟室內外空間及露臺禁菸，且無法進行烤肉或打麻將的活動。
- 【6-12歲孩童】入住需遵守特殊事項，預訂前請事先聯繫了解詳情。（6歲以下不接待）
- 非寵物友善民宿，恕無法接待毛小孩入住。
- We offer 2 parking spaces for standard cars that are within a 5-minute walking distance.
- In order to use the whole public space completely, we only receive one group of travelers for once.
- For 2 people: The designated room type is "Gazing", which is located on the 3rd floor, designed as a large master bedroom for the entire floor.
- For 3-4 people: The designated room types are "Open" on the 2nd floor and "Gazing" on the 3rd floor.
- For 5-6 people: The designated room types are "Open" and "Embrace" on the 2nd floor, and "Gazing" on the 3rd floor.
- For 7 and 8 people: We provide sleepy tofu mattresses in a sunroom for extra beds. (The charge for extra bed is NT$1000 dollars per person for one day.)
- We have an electric skylight curtain and double blackout curtains in a sunroom for sleeping.
- No smoking in the whole building including the balconies, and we can't do activities like barbecuing or playing mahjong.
- Children aged 6-12 are required to follow special rules during their stay. Please contact us in advance to learn the details before making a reservation. (We do not accommodate children under 6 years old.)
- We're not a pet-friendly guest house and decline to receive animals.
